TELEMARKETING JOBS

Responsibilities

• To perform telemarketing activities to sell various banking products 
• To perform up-sell & cross sell activities to achieve higher sales performance.
• To achieve all KPIs as per campaign requirements.
• To provide workable resolution to customers' queries.
• To liase with inter-departments and branches on customers' queries.
• To assist Team Leader or Unit Head on any ad-hoc project

• To perform outbound calls using the database provided.
• To call and educate customers regarding a new brand name.
• Must be able to describe the product benefits/info accurately.
• You are required to promote and explain precise information over to customers.
• Building rapport and maintain relationship with the customers.
• Result oriented & self-motivated individuals.
• You should possess good verbal communication skill in English, Bahasa, and Cantonese & Mandarin.
• All Agents will be guided to use the calling script provided.
• Ensure excellent service is delivered; customer satisfaction and loyalty are achieved.
• To highlight incidents to manager for corrective and preventive actions.
• Any other tasks / Ad-hoc duties which assigned by the manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Hiring preferably any race ..
• Excellent command of comunication 
• Additional language – English & Bahasa will be an added benefit.
• With or without working experiences in Call Centre environment.
• Pleasant tone of voice with a positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently, strong work commitment, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working Hours: 5 Days a week (From Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5pm).DURING RAMADHAN
• Full-time position only.
• Able to A.S.A.P.
